Our firm assists individuals, executors, CPAs and others with the entire process of creating and filing Estate and Gift Tax Returns. The preparation of Estate Tax Returns (Form 706) and Gift Tax Returns (Form 709) requires specific knowledge of the ever changing laws regarding Estate and Gift taxes, as well as knowledge of the Forms themselves. These returns can be challenging even to professionals.
From compiling a list of the assets to valuation, including real estate and business valuation, we will be there to assist and advise. Once all of the information has been gathered, we will prepare the return, file it with the Internal Revenue Service, and, if necessary, defend the return in the United States Federal Tax Court.
